A fix has been implemented and tickets are again being forwarded to the Teamleader Focus' Shared Inbox. We are monitoring the situation.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where tickets are not being forwarded to Teamleader Focus' Shared Inbox because of a 'block' coming from our ticketing provider. We are currently coordinating with our provider in order to solve the issue.

Tickets can still be sent out from the Shared Inbox module, but replies on those tickets will not be forwarded to the Shared Inbox in Teamleader Focus.

However, all the emails and replies to tickets you receive will still be in your email provider inbox, so we suggest using that to manage your emails for the time being.

We will update the status page as soon as more information is available.
